会社や仕事とは、その3つの円のバランスによって成り立っているということです。

やらなければならない仕事（意志やスキルとは関係がない）
あなたのスキルでできる仕事（意志やタスクとは関係がない）
意志をもってやりたい仕事（スキルやタスクを超えてやりたいこと）

だからこそ、私は上記の絵におけるバランスを維持するために、何をすべきかということを創業期に最重視しました。
